Amazon Connect First Time User Login

Steps to Navigate and Log Out of Amazon Connect:

1. Open a Supported Browser:

   • Use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari (on macOS).

   • Ensure you are using the latest stable version of one of these browsers.

2. Navigate to the URL:

   • Type the following URL in the browser’s address bar:
     https://omnicheer-staging.my.connect.aws/home

3. Log In:

   • Enter your username - Humach Email Address

   • Enter the password: Password123$

4. Successful Login:

   • Upon successful login, you’ll be taken to the Amazon Connect interface.

5. Logout of Amazon Connect:

   • To log out, click on your name at the top-right corner of the page.

   • From the dropdown menu, select Sign out.

   • This will redirect you to the landing page where you will see the "Forgot Password" option.

   • Click forgot password and complete the steps

     • A reset email will be sent — check your junk/spam folder just in case.

     • If the email landed in your junk folder:

       • Right-click on the message.

       • Select “Report” or “Not Junk” to ensure future messages go to your inbox.
