Please follow these instructions on setting your default browser.
The quickest way is to type default apps into the search bar in the lower right of main monitor and hit enter. If this works for you go to ***DEFAULT APPS*** below. Otherwise, if you don't have a search bar goto ***CLICK***

Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner and select Settings
Once you open the Settings page in Google Chrome you should be able to select Default Browser on the left
The select Make Default button
***DEFAULT APPS***
This should open the Default Apps in windows settings and under Web Browser click on whatever is under that to choose Google Chrome
Close all those windows and now when you open the TalkDesk callbar it should open it using Google Chrome.
