To log in to Talkdesk for the first time, open the welcome email sent to you ("Invitation Instructions”) and click on the link that says Accept Invitation:
After you click the link, you will be asked to choose a password:
Once you confirm your password, you can log in for the first time.
The Account name is included in the email invitation, mentioned above, and can also be identified by looking at the address bar in the browser: it's the name appearing before “talkdeskid.com/login” and “.mytalkdesk.com”.
For example: in the address mycompany123.mytalkdesk.com, the Account name is “mycompany123”.
